Welcome to Sales Nest CRM (“Sales Nest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, services, and platform (“Services”).

By accessing or using Sales Nest CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You agree to use Sales Nest CRM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

Sales Nest CRM operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Plan: All-Access Plan – $149/monthTrial: A 7-day free trial is available. If not canceled within the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan.You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

3. Onboarding and Support

All new users are entitled to one (1) free 30-minute onboarding call. Ongoing support is provided through email, chat, and help resources.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused Services once a billing cycle has started.If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you will not be charged.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided through Sales Nest CRM are owned or licensed by Sales Nest. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using Sales Nest CRM, you agree not to:

Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.Use the Services to send spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sales Nest CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of the Services.

8. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
